Whatever you already have is enough for a first look at scope and programme. On most projects a floor plan, an approximate area and your target handover date let us give you an initial assessment.

What happens next

If you have the following to hand, the assessment moves faster. You can still get in touch without any of it; we fill in the gaps during the site survey.

Initial assessment

When your enquiry arrives we make a first assessment of scope and programme, and get in touch about anything missing.

Site survey

We visit the space, take measurements and identify the existing services and structure. The survey is what determines how accurate the quotation will be.

Scope and quotation

After the survey we prepare a scope list, a draft programme and a budget framework. This is the stage where exactly what the scope covers becomes clear.

  • Floor plan, architectural drawings or photographs of the existing space
  • Approximate area and how many people will use it

  • An existing design scheme, if you have one
  • Condition of the space: shell and core, existing, or still in operation

Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up most during the quotation process. If you cannot find what you need, write it in the message field on the form.

Do you charge for a quotation?

There is no charge for a scope assessment or for preparing a quotation. Where design is included in the scope as a separate item, it is defined in the contract.

I do not have a design scheme. Can I still get a quote?

Yes. Under the Design and Build model, concept design and detailed design are included in the scope. We can also work to an existing architectural design.

Do I need to give a budget range up front?

Not necessarily, though knowing the budget framework steers material and scope decisions early on. If you would rather not say, we work the budget out from the scope instead.

Which cities do you work in?

We are based in Istanbul and work across Turkey. For projects outside the city the programme is set up around travel and accommodation from the start.
